How to sign in to your console with a code from your email. There is no password.
- Go to https://app.clinicwise.co/sign-in and enter the email address you were invited with. Press Send code.
- We email you a 6-digit code. It works once, for 10 minutes.
- Enter the code. You stay signed in on that device for 14 days.
The code has not arrived
- Wait a minute, then look in your spam or junk folder.
- Check the address is the one your clinic invited. Press Use a different address to change it.
It says Too many tries
Wait a few minutes, then try again.
The owner no longer has that email address
Email support@clinicwise.co from another address at your clinic. We check who you are before we change anything.
Keep it safe
Nobody from ClinicWise will ever ask you for your code.
